The 6 regions into which the Lesre are grouped here are based on language characteristics.

Northwest -- Nacateca, with French and other European minorities.

Coninipati -- rainiest lesre, mountainous, 7 atrei "tribes" plus French & Swedish.

Cuecha -- heartland of Nacateca culture, a big urban state, most populous state, also a big wheat producer. 

Paiatri -- west coast, very urbanized, including cities ringing the Clacupo Bays, rainy & lush.

Omaika -- north coast, mountainous & hilly, forested, French influenced, very Catholic.

Sefaieri -- big state on the central Ifuno plateau, Berg's breadbasket, very Nacateca, few Europeans.

Southwest -- Nacateca, with English and indigenous minorities.

Incuatati -- subtropical, heavily forested Palu Mts., splendid beaches and resorts, a federation of different populations.

Lampanira -- rural, pastoral, citrus orchards, ranching & herding, fine forests, English minority, largest area.

Letlari -- lake country, surrounded by escarpments & cliffs, centered around Lefitoni, the nation's capital and 2nd largest city.

Soleinia -- southern coast, flat & grassy, hot, big coastal mangrove swamps, beautiful beaches, very English.

Pueoi -- south-central flat regions, cotton & sugar & corn, large cities.

Sanraniclai -- south-central, sparsely populated, where the Ifuno plateau meets the southern plain.

Southeast -- Minidun, with English and other minorities.

Balupic-- high mountain peaks, dense cloud forests, and dry flat plains, fiercely independent.

Corifoi -- ditto-- of course Corifoi & Balupic have a fierce rivalry.

Dhentamina -- dry & flat, progressive & modern.

Erithin -- small volcanic island far off shore, very dry, like the Canaries, quite Portuguese.

Giles Free State -- small iconoclastic home of descendants of English Dissenters.

Serpei -- very urban and English and very dry, with coastal swamps, oil, cotton, shipping.

Northeast -- Minidun and Pasan, with French minorities.

Bun-Vosuget -- federation of six autonomous counties, French, Catholic, great wines, fine wools, green hills, coal, timber.

Calpia -- small islands to the north, wrestled away from the U.K., major naval center. 

Pasiana -- the verdant northeast peninsula, farming powerhouse, home of Pasan people and French.

Zeinran -- urban, industrial state, with orchards, wheat, coal; its capital the ancient city of Varsca.

East-Central -- the Minidun interior.

Rarsecin -- here is Ceiolai, Berg's largest city and traditional capital, plus its supporting countryside.

Foi-Pentana -- mountainous, with hot springs, geysers, lakes, cloud forests, & dry valleys.

Kalicon -- rural, includes green lake country of Crevase, also the dry Bushenrelu basin.

East / Amota -- Minidun, with Portuguese & other minorities.

Bruntaigo -- Anglicized island off the eastern coast.

Bunamota -- cradle of civilization in the east, densely populated, with large Portuguese minority.

Halemarec -- populous coastal state, with Bergonia's biggest port city.

Sacamota -- inland, with rolling hills, ancient farms and a large beautiful lake.

Sargaso -- newest state, created in 2004.  small, balmy, subtropical islands in the Sargaso Sea.

Saldeia -- (also known as Salienta) dry lowlands & pretty coastline, big industrial city of Mragatai-Gibson. Portuguese minority.

Sansan -- small mountainous state, in Amota region, terrace agriculture, few Europeans.
