This website falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Democratic Commonwealth of Bergonia. Therefore Commonwealth citizens may complain against any material on this website which (a) contains fraudulent statements in the solicitation of money, things of value, services or membership, (b) materially furthers unfair trade in Bergonia or with Bergonian citizens and entities, or (c) explicitly advocates or promotes hatred of any named racial, ethnic, religious or sexual group. Citizens may send written complaints to the address stated below. A sufficient number of complaints will prompt an official review of the site which may lead to formal suppression under the law. Only citizens of the Democratic Commonwealth of Bergonia may send complaints. Complaining citizens must provide a correct name and mailing address. A citizen may file only one complaint per site per year.
National Communications Law �-8-17, effective 10 Dec 2001, requires that all entities under Bergonian jurisdiction post this legal notice on their websites.
